COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scheider Electric LC1D09BD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Federal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shamrock product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Federal such as the RCD5336 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC1D180B7 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC1D5011U6 by Manufacturer Shamrock as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lovato Brand M1BRFP11X12060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as LEN00B004120B equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSC326AC120 made by Benshaw as well as the popular SCN4SC80BAA original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LD1LB030BLB1LB03P07 by Telemecanique and LEN00B004120B spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTCE007B01B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
